This is a very large piece of reptile coprolite from the Miocene of Madagascar and exhibits some of the original shape. It is an extremely good example and is most likely from the feces of a turtle.
DinoDung - This "Dino Dung" (coprolite) is a fascinating conversation piece. It is the fossilized droppings or poop from a 35 million year old reptile and was excavated in Washington state. The original organic matter has been replaced by iron minerals. I have a few extra nice pieces that I created displays for. The background describes the item. The picture is representative. While a great conversation piece, coprolite is also important in giving insight to the diet of dinosaurs and other prehistoric life.
